Doom Cant Continue Game on Completed File

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask few questions:

May we know what Doom Eternal edition for PC you installed from Xbox app - Doom Eternal Campaign, Standard, Deluxe, The Ancient Gods - Part One?

Did this game launched with no issue before? Is there an update that happen before this issue start to show?

Since the error message detected Twitch Studio, may we know if you have tried to sign out on Twitch Studio and sign in back?

I hope you are doing well today. Welcome to the Xbox Community. Thank you for reaching out to Xbox Forums. I see that you have issues with Doom Eternal on PC Game Pass. I am happy to help and provide some suggestions. The Video driver error could mean either you need to reinstall your Graphics card drivers or update them to play the game. Do you have other things running in the back related to Twitch or an overlay? Also, DOOM Eternal - Bethesda Support go to this site and select What can I do if Doom Eternal is crashing on PC? What Graphics card are you using, Nvidia or AMD?

1. Campaign. I haven't tried other modes. (I tried - update below)
2. I've installed the game for the first time, and it never run without described issue.
3. I uninstalled Twitch Studio completely. I use OBS Studio, but obviously, I tried running Doom with OBS studio closed. I don't have any other capturing/streaming software except Nvidia utils that are included in the GeForce experience suite and I don't use it.
4. The only thing I've tried was uninstalling Twitch, restarting PC, and updating graphics drivers. I also tried to somehow connect my Microsoft account with Bethesda account but I didn't find such option (I did find e.g. EA account and was able to connect it, no Bethesda though)
I haven't found any issues listed on Known Issues for Game Launches.
EDIT: I've just checked different modes. All modes behave exactly the same: when I try entering Bethesda account credentials, the game closes and a broken xbox "game user interface" shows up.

Hi,
I haven't tried Bethesda support yet. I will post there as well.
I already tried reinstalling the graphics driver. I have nvidia RTX 3070.
To be honest it doesn't seem like a problem with GPU: intro runs without any issues, the game closes not when screen changes (to possibly problematic scene or something) but when I click on the username or password input on Bethesda in-game login page.
It definitely seems like the problem with that weird "game user interface" window with one unlabeled input, that opens up at the same time. I haven't tried entering something (like e.g. my email address) in that window either because I have no idea what that window is.

Upon isolating your concern, you might be having issues with the account signed into apps related to games or your account needs to be updated.
May we know if you have tried to sign into your account in the main page - Home | Bethesda.net?
Shortly after uninstalling the Twitch Studio, may we know if you still have the same issue launching Doom Eternal?
Kindly try the suggested troubleshooting below:

Update PC and Xbox apps(Xbox app/Xbox Console Companion, Xbox Accessories, Xbox Game Bar, Gaming Services).

Restart device.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Select the Doom Eternal. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the Microsoft Store. On the page that opens, selectRepairif it's available. If it isn't available, selectReset.
-
Please make sure you know your Microsoft and Bethesda account passwords. You may test your account credentials by visiting the Microsoft and Bethesda website.
-
For the reason, you will need to sign out to your Microsoft account on Microsoft Store and Xbox apps. In that way, this will clear any sign in related to games.

Please launch Doom Eternal and try to sign into your account.

Please try the following suggestion, as I had user with a similar issue with Doom.
Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:
-
Select theSearch icon on the taskbar, typepowershell, right-click onWindows PowerShell, and then selectRun as administrator.
-
In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and pressEnter:
-
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
-
In the same window, type the following command and pressEnter:
-
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
-
Install the app on that page and selectYes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
-
Restart your device and try to install the game again.
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files If some Windows functions aren't working or Windows crashes, use the System File Checker to scan Windows and restore your files. Sometimes corrupted files can cause issues.
